GoPro Awards is always on, and there’s no limit to how many times you can submit. Upload your best, brightest and most captivating content, but keep in mind—multiple submissions of the same asset will not increase the likelihood that you’ll be selected for an award.

Great question. We actually asked our legal team the same thing. Here are several examples of photos and videos you should most definitely not submit:

1. Anything fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive.
2. Anything defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive.
3. Anything that promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
4. Anything that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group.
5. Anything that infringes upon, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy.
6. Anything that violates or encourages conduct that might violate any applicable law or regulation or give rise to civil liability.
7. Anything violent or threatening, or anything that promotes violence or actions that might be threatening to another person.
