What lenses are compatible with MISSION 1 PRO ILS?
- MISSION 1 PRO ILS uses a native Micro Four Thirds (MFT) mount and requires lenses with manual focus and manual (or fixed) aperture control, since the camera body has no electronic contacts. See our support page for a list of compatible lenses.
What is the crop factor / full-frame 35mm equivalent?
- The MISSION 1 PRO ILS sensor has a crop factor of approximately 2.7x (without image stabilization) or 3x (with image stabilization applied) compared to full-frame 35mm. To find the full-frame equivalent focal length, multiply your MFT lens's stated focal length by 2.7 or 3. For example, a 17mm MFT lens is roughly equivalent to a 50mm lens on a full-frame camera.
Is image stabilization supported?
- Yes, MISSION 1 PRO ILS supports HyperSmooth stabilization for prime rectilinear lenses with a focal length between 6mm–500mm. We also have stabilization support for the following fisheye lenses:

- 7Artisans 6mm f/2 Fisheye Lens (MFT)
- Meike 7.5mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens (MFT)

Does MISSION 1 PRO ILS support Auto Focus?
- MISSION 1 PRO ILS does not support autofocus, but there are several tools to help make sure your shots are in focus. Focus Assist lets you magnify your shot up to 8x on the rear touch screen to verify focus. Focus Peaking uses contrasting color overlays to highlight the parts of your shot that are in focus. To check your shot on a larger screen, connect MISSION 1 PRO ILS to an iPhone or iPad with the MISSION Monitor app, connect to a monitor using a USB-C to HDMI adapter, or connect to a monitor using the micro HDMI output on the Media Mod for MISSION 1 Series cameras.
