How it works:
- Purchase any GoPro camera and 1-year GoPro Subscription
- Sign in to GoPro.com and go to My Account
- Select the “Transfer/Gift Subscription” link on the Subscription tab

GoPro annual subscriptions automatically renew each year on your next billing date (1 year from your signup date); GoPro monthly subscriptions automatically renew monthly on the day of the month you signed up.
To find out when your next billing date is, your billing frequency, and how much you will be billed, you can visit your Account Center.
If you subscribed via gopro.com, view the details within your account center:
- Go to GoPro.com and log in to your account (https://gopro.com/login)
- Select settings from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select subscription from the top navigation menu
- Your subscription details will be displayed here
If you subscribed through your Apple phone:
- Open your settings app
- Tap your name/account at the top of the page
- Select Subscriptions
- Tap Quik or GoPro
If you subscribed through the app on your Android phone or tablet:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your phone or tablet
- Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen (it should be either a photo you assigned or your initials)
- Once you’re in your profile menu, select payments & subscriptions
- Select subscriptions
- Tap Quik or GoPro
You may cancel the subscription at any time, which prevents the auto-renewal when the year (or month) term is done. This means you can enjoy the benefits through the end of the year term, and keep the discount provided on the camera. See further instructions here.
If you subscribed through the app on your Apple phone or tablet:
- Open your settings app
- Tap your name/account at the top of the page
- Select Subscriptions
- Tap Quik or GoPro > Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancelation
If you subscribed through the app on your Android phone or tablet:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your phone or tablet

If you purchased your GoPro subscription as part of a bundle or directly on the web
Sometimes there’s a delay between your app store and GoPro, so your benefits may not be available right away. Try this—open the GoPro App, and sign into your account. Navigate to Settings > My Account > Restore Purchases. That should do it.
