It's likely that the media or the folder that the media was in has been moved. To resolve the problem, follow these steps:
- Click Settings
- Go to the Media Folders section and locate the folder path where the files were once located
- Click on the X to the right of the folder path to remove this Media Folder
- Click on the Add New folder icon, and browse to the location where the media now exists, and click Open
The media should be found again and re-added to the Media Library.
