GoPro is thrilled to announce that we are celebrating our first-ever global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Day (DEIB Day) on Feb. 24, 2021. As a company, we continue to strive to create and foster a more inclusive, representative, equitable and just organization. And by setting a day aside to honor this goal, we hope to empower every person at GoPro to recognize the importance of taking part in the journey.

The DEIB Day concept grew out of regional events that took place in both our Amsterdam and Paris offices. And today, we will be encouraging all GoPro employees across the globe to participate in one or more planned activities throughout the day. Each activity is aptly geared toward highlighting many of the concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging around the globe. Such activities include:

  • Launch of Employee Resource Groups
  • Equity Training
  • Lunchtime Movie Screening + Discussion
  • Mindfulness + Inclusion Webinar

GoPro celebrates the world’s beautiful and important diversity. We strive for the day that no group goes underrepresented at GoPro—be it in our workforce or our brand.
