Wow … we at GoPro are humbled and honored to have been awarded the top spot in Springbuk’s Healthiest Employers of the Bay Area for 2020.

This is the fifth consecutive year that GoPro has been recognized for its dedication to employee health and wellness by the health intelligence firm, improving each year from seventh, fifth, fourth, second and, now, FIRST in our category.

We are also honored to be recognized again as a finalist in Springbuk’s Healthiest 100 Workplaces of America ranking.

GoPro is constantly evolving with the changing landscape of employee wellness. With the challenges presented in 2020, our goal has been to meet employees where they are. With our teams moving to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, we endeavored to deliver new approaches to our wellness programs.

In March, our studio yoga and bootcamp programs went virtual with the same great instructors. GoPro also added new programs to reach employees remotely so that we can continue to be champions of wellness, even when we are not physically together. These include telehealth and teletherapy options and a new mental wellbeing platform that can be accessed anywhere in the world.

Financial and social wellness are also a priority. Whether it is virtual estate planning and home buying workshops or financial market and investing seminars, our goal has been to support our employees in unique ways.

To drive a sense of connection and foster our employee’s passion for altruism, our GoPro Employees for a Cause program encourages virtual employee volunteer time for causes around the world, and supports each employee with the ability to donate one camera per year to a 501c3 nonprofit organization of their choice.

Our goal is to integrate wellness across GoPro by helping every member of the GoPro family stay healthy, happy and stoked on life. Thank you to Springbuk for the recognition as a Healthiest Employer and Healthiest Workplace.
