VIP Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to offer special pricing on GoPro products through our GoPro VIP Program. We offer this program to you as an incentive to use our products and pass your experience and content onto others. We ask that you adhere to the following:
Eligibility: You must currently be working for a business that has partnered with GoPro for the VIP Program. Proof of employment or membership with the partnered business may be required.
Special Pricing and Purchase Limits: The privilege to purchase GoPro products at a special price is for the approved users only. No friends or family are included in this offer. Purchases are limited to 2 cameras and 6 accessories per year.
Product Availability: Retail orders always take priority; GoPro cannot guarantee availability of GoPro product for VIP orders. All VIP Orders must go through an approval process that can take up to 10 business days.
Payment Information: Purchases must be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal or American Express. We do not accept any other form of payment.
Shipping Information: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Unless requested otherwise, orders will be shipped via regular ground transportation at the user’s expense. International shipping, as well as any import tariffs or VAT’s, will be the responsibility of the user. Please expect up to two weeks for shipping turnaround.
Program: Pricing and discounts are subject to change without notice. GoPro reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions governing this program at any time at our discretion.
Communication: GoPro will communicate with members via email from time to time. Keep your email address current. Accounts with e-mails returned as undeliverable will be closed.
Order Status/Confirmation: Members will receive an order and shipping confirmation via e-mail and can check order status any time by contacting us at http://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus.
Account Suspension/Termination: GoPro has the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or no longer employed in the industry. GoPro has the right to periodically contact a member to verify employment.
