Have a question?
We have answers.
I subscribed to GoPro using my mobile app store, but my benefits aren’t working.
Sometimes there’s a delay between your app store and GoPro, so your benefits may not be available right away. Try this—open the GoPro App, and sign into your account. Navigate to Settings > My Account > Restore Purchases. That should do it.
Love the discounts. Are there any limits?
Totally, there are some. Your discounts as a GoPro subscriber only apply to purchases made on gopro.com. Discounts are limited to (3) cameras per transaction and (10) items per subscription anniversary year. Also, few accessories are excluded. Learn more.
Can I live stream with my GoPro subscription?
You sure can. As a GoPro subscriber, you can create a private, shareable link to your live stream whenever you like. Share your story with hands-free live streaming to Twitch, Facebook, YouTube and more.
Can I upload my GoPro footage straight the camera to the cloud?
Yes you can. Auto Upload makes it totally painless. Once you get set up, simply plug in your GoPro and let your Wifi connection do the work. Once your footage is in the cloud, choose your favorite clips and begin editing. Learn more.
Can I upload my footage to the cloud using the GoPro App?
You can do that too. If you want to edit your GoPro footage right away, just download it straight to the GoPro App and begin. The GoPro App can also upload your media to the cloud. Pretty nifty, right?
Can I upload GoPro footage to the cloud from my computer?
Sure thing. If a computer is the best workflow for you, just remove the SD card out of your GoPro, plug into your computer, and upload the footage using your web browser. If you have another SD card and more shooting to do, just swap it in and keep shooting.
How can I access my media once it’s in the cloud?
To access your content on the cloud, open the GoPro App, tap the icon in the lower right corner, then select the cloud tab. Alternatively, you can view the content on the web in your GoPro Subscription Media Library.
