Step 01:

Download + Open CineForm Studio

  1. Download latest version of CineForm Studio here.

    If you already have CineForm Studio installed, no need to download. Simply open CineForm Studio and follow prompts to upgrade to version 1.2.
  2. After installing, open CineForm Studio.
  3. Then, please download & print step-by-step camera software update instructions here .

Step 02:

Update your HD HERO2 camera

  1. Insert SD Card into camera.
  2. Power ON your HD HERO2 camera.
  3. Plug camera into your computer's USB port.
  4. Once camera appears in Device Window list, highlight camera and click UPDATE button.

Step 03:

Update your Wi-Fi BacPac and Remote

  1. Turn ON Wi-Fi BacPac, then plug into your computer’s USB port.
  2. Connect Wi-Fi BacPac to your HD HERO2 camera.
  3. Once Wi-Fi BacPac appears in Device Window list, highlight BacPac and Register / Update.
  4. Once updated, keep Wi-Fi BacPac connected to your computer.
  5. Power on Remote.
  6. Once Remote appears in Device Window list, highlight Remote and click UPDATE.
