Please see below for answers to questions about GoPro’s Shipping Policies.
International Shipping: Other than the US, to which countries does GoPro ship?
GoPro ships to over 200 countries all over the world. All International shipping locations are listed as options during checkout. HOWEVER, we currently do NOT ship to Hong Kong, China, or Indonesia.
International Shipping: Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside of the US?
Yes. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
International Shipping: I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize GoPro’s ability to continue exporting products.
Military Shipping: Does GoPro ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes! Please follow these instructions when entering your Shipping Address during checkout:
- In the City field, enter APO or FPO, whichever applies.
- In the State/Province field, select one of the following, depending on the Armed Forces region destination: “Armed Forces Americas” (AA), “Armed Forces Europe” (AE), or, “Armed Forces Pacific” (AP).
- In the Country field, select “United States”.
PO BOXES: Can I ship my order to a PO Box (US or International)?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in the continental US. However, orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands will ship USPS Priority Mail. PO Boxes addresses are accepted for these locations only.
Shipping Cost: How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is determined by the weight & size dimensions of your purchased items, the distance between our warehouse in CA and your shipping address, and how quickly you request the package be delivered (i.e. Ground vs 2Day vs Next Day, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with UPS or FedEx.
Same Day Shipping: What is GoPro’s cutoff for same day shipping?
Same day shipping is offered for orders shipping to a U.S. address with FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight selected during the checkout process if received by 10:30am PT.
Delivery Time Estimates: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 11AM PT.
- UPS Ground, 1-3 days West coast, 5-7 days East coast, a bit longer if you live off the beaten path
- FedEx 2-Day, 2 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight, next business day delivery
- FedEx International Economy, 3-10 business days (varies by country)
