Camera Freezes Up

If your camera is freezing up, that usually means that you need to update the camera's software or there are some issues with the SD card. Wi-Fi Name and Password

SD Card Recommendations

It's important to use one of the recommended SD cards in your camera, or you may experience freeze-up or video corruption issues. We recommend only purchasing name brand SD cards through reputable resellers. How to Charge the Camera Battery

How to Correct Choppy or Broken Up Playback

Camera Will Not Power ON

If your camera is not powering on, there could be a fault with the camera, battery, SD card, or there could be a loose connection somewhere.  We have some tips for you to try that should clear up the issue for you. Remove any BacPac accessories, the battery, and SD card from the camera.  Reinsert the battery only.  Press the power button.  If the camera powers on, your camera was frozen and you should be good to go now.
