The GoPro App for Android devices has been released, and you can visit the Google Play store to download here.  Below is a list of compatible android devices:

  • HTC Thunderbolt (Android 2.2)
  • Motorola Droid X2 (Android 2.3.3)
  • Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4G (Ice Cream Sandwich)
  • Samsun Galaxy Tablet (Android 3.1)
  • Google Nexus 7
  • HTC One X

Due to some hardware & software differences of the Motorola Droid RAZR phones, the GoPro App does not function as well on this device.  While the latest android version of the GoPro App does allow for you to use the app on the RAZR phone with your HD HERO camera, the video during preview will tend to stutter.  We are looking to see if we can better optimize the app for this device, but may be limited due to this device's variances.
